What is the delivery time?
The average is 10 working days after receipt of order.
If you delay approving your design, it can slow down the process.
Do you have a RUSH order delivery?
We can deliver an order in 72 hours with an extra fee
of 20%. This is perfect for those last minute projects.
Are there any discounts?
Discounts may be available for large orders. Contact us

Logo size & Position
How large will my company logo be on my garment or cap?
Our standard is a left chest position above any pocket, approximately
50mm high by 100mm wide (about the size of a business card).
What other positions are available for my logo?
The sleeve or back of garment. Larger designs are more expensive.
CREATE LOGO & SETUP FEES
Do I have to pay a set up charge if I already have a logo on
a disk or film?
Unless it is an embroidery design, it will probably have to
be “digitized” for embroidery. This involves pulling up the
design and then laying the various layers of thread colors
over the design. This tells the embroidery machine what colors
to run and in what order to sew.

What are the Extra up-charges for large sizes?
Extra Size up-charges: For sizes 3XL to 5XL there is an additional
charge of $3.30 per garment (Check to verify that sizes are
available in the style you selected).
